HKC Round 6 – Rye House
July 6th 2014
Lee had a very good days testing on Saturday before the race. Good speed, consistency and composure.
Race day, started wet but soon dried to allow all drivers to race on slick tyres. First heat saw Lee start near the back (Random grid positioning for heats). Although Lee needs to be more aggressive during race starts, he got blocked and lost some positions. He showed good speed and the determination to overtake which allowed him to finish further up the grid. During other heats, Lee pulled off some impressive overtakes which were all of his own making. He is starting to learn a little race craft now.
